Shipping Area
We offer shipping services to all of Singapore and East & West Malaysia, with the exception of Langkawi Island, Tioman Island, and Redang Island.

All shipping is only available at Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) and Singapore. For International Delivery, we have the right to reject or accept the orders according to different deliver destination and situation.
 
Shipping Rates
Our Delivery Charges are based on gross weight of the parcel (Included the combination of product, tag, bubble bag, packaging box, or paper bag). A flat rate of RM15.00 will be charged as delivery fee for East & West Malaysia. Whereas delivery charges RM118.00 for Singapore.

Johor Bahru area  :
1) Same-day delivery by our in house driver.
2) Delivery time: 9am-10pm.

Other location
1) Ship by CITYLINK Express courier service.
2) Next-day delivery for orders received.
3) Tracking number will be provide after ship out.
4) Delivery time: Arranged by the express company.        
 
Shipping Date
Please allow 2-5 working days for the delivery within west Malaysia and 7-12 working days for delivery within east Malaysia and Singapore. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch and we shall not be responsible to you for any late delivery. We are not responsible for any losses, liabilities, damages, extra charges expenses or any delays caused by courier company or destination customs clearance processes.
 
Please note that there is no delivery service available on Sundays and public holidays.
